I have been baking since I was a small child. My Grandmother Helga was a baker and every Saturday we baked Petit Fours. It always smelled like vanilla on our street, not only because of my Grandmother baking, but also we lived right next door to chocolate factory and breakfast bakery was just few doors down. Every morning we went to pick up Danishes, filled pastries or sweet buns for breakfast. Pastries always have been part of my daily life.
I have been professionally trained as Chef in five star restaurants in Latvia, but pastries have always been my love. I love making sweet memories and I hope to make your next happy event sweet.
